A small company making email simpler.
Relay is made by CNGHM Group, a small company in Georgia. It began as the system we built to send email for our own brands: a recipe site, a t-shirt shop and a dining guide. Each one needed a newsletter, and the usual tools felt built for someone else.
They were made for large marketing teams. Prices climbed with every new subscriber, and the everyday tasks were buried under features small businesses rarely touch. We wanted something closer to the apps on a Mac: quiet, quick, and clear about what each button does.
That became Relay. We’re now getting it ready for other brands and creators. It runs on servers we manage ourselves, keeps every account’s list private, and lets you leave with your data whenever you like.
Relay was founded by Tyler, who designs and builds email templates for brands every day.
A few things Relay won’t do.
- Sell your data
- Your list and your customers’ details are never sold or shared.
- Hide the exit
- You can export everything and leave at any time, with no fee.
- Grow for its own sake
- New features have to earn their place. Fewer buttons is the goal.
- Make you guess
- Prices will be published plainly, with no sales call needed.
